Customer Success Manager
As a customer success manager at inploi, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise clients. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through expanding accounts and upselling our SaaS products. Have you got at least 2 years of experience in enterprise account management in a fast-paced and competitive market, with a proven track record of success? Do you have the ability to manage senior stakeholders within large accounts and think strategically to identify customer pain points and opportunities for account expansion? You’ll need to have strong technical expertise and a grasp of data and analytics, and be able to communicate technical concepts to customers effectively. A strong understanding of account management best practice as well as first-class communication and listening skills is essential to build trust quickly with our customers. You will work closely with inploi's Sales and Product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and will develop a deep understanding of inploi's product to communicate our value proposition to customers. You will also evaluate customer performance data to communicate wins and additional areas to improve. Prior experience with Hubspot, Notion, Asana, HR tech, and performance marketing or programmatic advertising are a plus. What we’re looking for We are looking for dynamic Account Executives to join our sales team at an exciting point in inploi’s growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual excited by the idea of being the first members of the GTM team of a scaling technology business. As an AE you will report to the head of sales and work closely with the companies leadership team as they work to accelerate go to market. Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our sales team as our first Sales Development Representative. It is an exciting point in inploi’s growth and this is a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals excited by the prospect of working in a fast-growth technology business. Requirements • 6 months – 1 year experience in a Sales Development Role. Bonus if this has been within a start-up, agency, or technology business. Experience with HR/talent attraction technology a huge plus. • Candidates who have considerable customer facing sales experience will also be considered. • As an SDR, you will be excited by the prospect of building a pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads. • You will need to be confident, but inquisitive too. Communicating our proposition is important, but equally you will need to be good at asking questions and unearthing our customers' challenges and goals. • Experience with enterprise level organisations (think FTSE 250 or Global 5000) with an account based prospecting approach is a plus. • You’ll help across various go-to-market activities, including marketing collateral, product positioning, traveling to conferences, brand evangelism, attending meetups, etc. when needed. What the job involves • Achieve and exceed monthly targets/KPIs of number of sales qualified leads • Do cold outreach to new prospects • Experiment with different sales channels and be able to leverage the most effective ones, including email, calls, socials etc. or any creative means you feel will help drive new business and add value to our prospective customers • Prospecting and research activities • Track all sales activity in our CRM. Office Manager
We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter with high energy and exceptional organisational skills to join the inploi team as our Office Manager. This is a brand new role at an exciting point in inploi’s growth. We have recently moved into a new office in Old Street and are looking for someone with 3+ years of office management experience to support our team of 30 employees. As our office manager, you will wear many hats. You will be responsible for driving culture and engagement, nurturing a positive work environment, and supporting leadership with day-to-day administrative support on key business operational projects and initiatives. Your tasks will range from onboarding new team members and managing office procedures, through to organising team socials and keeping our food & drink stocked. You will be an integral part of our team and will have a lot of autonomy in a fast-growing technology business. As our first ever office manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the role and get involved in all aspects of the business. The role is hybrid with 3/4 days in the office, but flexible based on the day-to-day needs of the business. Key responsibilities: • General office management • Event management: coordinating team socials and leadership offsites • HR admin: interview management and onboarding new team members • Equipment and supplier management • IT upkeep: mobile phone contracts and new laptops • Meeting support: organising refreshments for meetings and welcoming guests • Travel arrangement: transport, visas and accommodation • Diary management: supporting our 2x founders • Ad hoc project support • Keeping the plants alive!!!
