As a customer success manager at inploi, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our enterprise clients. You will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through expanding accounts and upselling our SaaS products.
Have you got at least 2 years of experience in enterprise account management in a fast-paced and competitive market, with a proven track record of success?
Do you have the ability to manage senior stakeholders within large accounts and think strategically to identify customer pain points and opportunities for account expansion?
You’ll need to have strong technical expertise and a grasp of data and analytics, and be able to communicate technical concepts to customers effectively. A strong understanding of account management best practice as well as first-class communication and listening skills is essential to build trust quickly with our customers.
You will work closely with inploi's Sales and Product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and will develop a deep understanding of inploi's product to communicate our value proposition to customers. You will also evaluate customer performance data to communicate wins and additional areas to improve.
Prior experience with Hubspot, Notion, Asana, HR tech, and performance marketing or programmatic advertising are a plus. We are looking for dynamic Account Executives to join our sales team at an exciting point in inploi’s growth. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual excited by the idea of being the first members of the GTM team of a scaling technology business.
As an AE you will report to the head of sales and work closely with the companies leadership team as they work to accelerate go to market.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Generate and actively pursue a list of targeted Enterprise Accounts, creating individual
action plans resulting in closed deals
- Roll-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, working on lead gen, qualification, and
conversion
- Be skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue expectations
- Be accountable for delivering a pipeline of sales, consistently analysing sales metrics,
pipeline quality, and deal stage
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reporting
- Expertly present inploi’s products and services to new corporate accounts
- Work with the Account Management and Product teams to ensure complete customer
satisfaction
- Continuously develop and strengthen key relationships
- Help evolve inploi’s messaging as you gather market feedback, working closely with the
founders and marketing team
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years enterprise sales experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business
- Experience and demonstrated success in a Seed/Series A stage technology company
- A proven track record successfully selling enterprise software solutions (and preferably
SaaS)
- Familiarity working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and build great relationships with
customers
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and best practices
- Extraordinary drive, attention to detail, and ambition
- First-class communication skills
- High integrity and ability to build trust quickly
- The ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative
selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow and product

- Industry experience selling HR technology is a plus

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our sales team as our first Sales Development Representative.

Requirements
• 6 months – 1 year experience in a Sales Development Role. Bonus if this has been within a start-up, agency, or technology business. Experience with HR/talent attraction technology a huge plus.
• Candidates who have considerable customer facing sales experience will also be considered.
• As an SDR, you will be excited by the prospect of building a pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads.
• You will need to be confident, but inquisitive too. Communicating our proposition is important, but equally you will need to be good at asking questions and unearthing our customers' challenges and goals.
• Experience with enterprise level organisations (think FTSE 250 or Global 5000) with an account based prospecting approach is a plus.
• You’ll help across various go-to-market activities, including marketing collateral, product positioning, traveling to conferences, brand evangelism, attending meetups, etc. when needed.
What the job involves
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets/KPIs of number of sales qualified leads
• Do cold outreach to new prospects
• Experiment with different sales channels and be able to leverage the most effective ones, including email, calls, socials etc. or any creative means you feel will help drive new business and add value to our prospective customers
• Prospecting and research activities
• Track all sales activity in our CRM. Familiarity with Hubspot would be ideal.
• Work closely with the sales team to refine call, messaging, and email strategies

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who loves evangelising technical concepts and solving problems. You will work with our clients to understand their business needs, identify the challenges within their technical infrastructure and support them in transforming their hiring journey using the technological solutions in the inploi product portfolio.
You will work closely with our Account Executives (AEs) as well as every other team at inploi, including Sales, Product and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will get excited talking to engineers, and product managers and also know how to distil technical concepts to our buyers. We are here to make life easier for our customers and to leave them with the “wow” feeling of having future-proofed their hiring infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate inploi’s ability to meet these goals
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers' hiring infrastructure
• Assist in Sales stages such as opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept presentations (POC), RFP responses & business case presentations in a technical pre-sales capacity
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to ensure the effective management of Proof of Concept processes through planning and technical execution
• Distil and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
• Maintaining awareness of inploi’s internal roadmap and new product features to evangelise with customers and their feedback to inploi product management and engineering groups
• Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the integration and data management space
• Collaborate and contribute to engineering effective demos
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles; sales/solutions engineering/solutions architecture/technical consulting role ideally in the B2B SaaS space
• Good technical background with hands-on professional or personal experience in one or more of the following areas: Web development, HR technology, application tracking systems (ATS), analytics infrastructure
• You’re technical enough to ask engineers good questions about the design and integration decisions
• You have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies including Javascript, SQL, PHP and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners, internal stakeholders, and clients.
• You’re clear and persuasive in writing and in person
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
• Superior project management and organisational skills working with multiple customers and the ability to switch context quickly throughout the day with various competing demands
