From first touch to hire, powered by context, deployed across every channel. The Role You will build the platform that powers modern talent acquisition. Your work will span the full stack. UI components and candidate-facing flows in TypeScript and React. Edge logic and APIs in Cloudflare Workers. Data models, queries, and migrations in D1 and R2. Integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems e.g. Workday, Dayforce, SuccessFactors You will turn product specs into shippable features. Launch with confidence. Iterate fast based on customer feedback. You will own quality, performance, and reliability. You will mentor others and raise the bar. This role requires craft. SQL without the foot-guns. HTTP, APIs, caching, and performance. Edge and serverless deployment. You have a bias to automate and improve. Especially with AI and LLMs. You have experimented with AI agents, whether that's AI SDK, Cloudflare Workers, or similar tools. You have a startup mindset. Nice to have Experience with Cloudflare Workers or other edge runtimes. Familiarity with object storage like R2 or S3. Exposure to Laravel or PHP. Experience with instrumentation, analytics, and attribution. Background in HR tech, SaaS, marketplace, or workflow products. Performance profiling, caching strategies, and database optimisation.
